The competition team, consisting of students from the Department of Architecture and the Department of City and Regional Planning, representing TED University Faculty of Architecture and Design, reached the finals of the "City of Irpin: The Future Horizon" International Architecture and Urbanization Students Competition and was entitled to receive an Honorable Mention Award.
The competition addressed the post-war renewal process of the city of Irpin, seventy-five percent of which was destroyed in the war, in the northwest of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, with a futuristic and original approach. The awards were determined by an international jury consisting of architects from Chile, Poland, and Ukraine.
